In an otherwise quiet weekend at Full Tilt Poker, Daniel “jungleman12” Cates and Patrik Antonius played a $500/$1,000 NL heads-up match for just under an hour. They got in just 108 hands but that was enough for Antonius to take a $66,000 lead.

Gus Hansen has continued his great run at Full Tilt Poker – over the past week he has put in 4,655 hands at the high stakes games on Full Tilt and emerged a $680,000 winner; this result was bolstered by a session of CAP PLO in which he took home over $150,000 last night.

The PokerStars Sunday Million saw 7,989 entrants this week for a prize pool of just under $1.6m and a first prize of $240,000. The top 1,170 made it into the money after more than four hours of play; six hours later we had a final table with Sherkadil second in chips and ggman2 holding a monster chip lead with almost a third of the chips in play.

Gus Hansen is, according to tracking sites, the biggest loser at high stakes on Full Tilt with the exception of Guy LaLiberte – in NL and PLO, at least. Since the sites began tracking Omaha 8 and mixed games he has improved – funny, that.

Tom "durrrr" Dwan and jungleman12 biggest 2010 winners

So far this year, though we're fully aware we still have 81 days until it ends, the two biggest online winners have been the two competitors in the Durrrr Challenge. Daniel "jungleman12" Cates has earned $4.001m so far this year including $658,000 from durrrr in the challenge; the man himself Tom "durrrr" Dwan has made $4.028 so they are really neck and neck.

DrugsOrMe, the unknown player at the nosebleed stakes, once again profited from some heavy PLO action over the weekend; once again the unknown cadillac1944 lost a clip. The most regular player in the $200/$400 PLO action over the weekend was Ilari "Ziigmund" Sahamies who, at $34,000 up, essentially broke even.
