Last Friday, Viktor Blom had been dealt the doomswitch cards at new sponsor site PokerStars. Prior to the SuperStar Showdown, in which he beat Daniel Cates out of $50,000, Blom had lost over $110,000 playing Cates heads-up and taking on the $5,300 heads-up SnGs for a $55,000 loss.
