Thursday, 27 January 2011

We already bought you news of Full Tilt’s new multi-entry format for tournaments but they’ve really proved the worth of these events with their $30m guaranteed week of multi-entry events. A good prize pool for the Full Tilt $1k Monday event in previous weeks has been $350k; Shaun “tedsfishfry” Deeb took home that money for first place.

With each player able to enter the event up to four times, the tournament saw a 1,454-strong field for a prize pool of almost $1.5m. Deeb won the event for $312,610 for another to add to the countless list of tournament wins under his online belt. Allen Cunningham was one major name to cash in the event, with Vivek Rajkumar cashing twice in 65th and 36th.

Full Tilt Poker's Double Guarantees week continues with the Sunday $750,000 becoming the Sunday $1.5m and the Sunday Mulligan boasting a $400,000 guaranteed prize pool.
