So far this year, though we're fully aware we still have 81 days until it ends, the two biggest online winners have been the two competitors in the Durrrr Challenge. Daniel "jungleman12" Cates has earned $4.001m so far this year including $658,000 from durrrr in the challenge; the man himself Tom "durrrr" Dwan has made $4.028 so they are really neck and neck.

So far the durrrr challenge has been pretty one-sided but it has only been 7,660 hands of the total 50,000 due to play. Attempting to catch up with the two online poker giants is none other than Phil Ivey, who so far has made $3.08m and is closing in on more than $20m lifetime earnings from NL and PLO games since tracking of the nosebleed stakes began.

On the other end of the spectrum is Gus Hansen, who has lost $3.6m this year so far. Brian Townsend is in the unenviable position of having to play catch-up as well, down $2.5m for 2010. However, it could be worse - Hansen is down $9.5m lifetime since 2007; Townsend is only down $350,000 in the same time period.
