Event #2 Final table is set
After losing two players in an exciting three way action-hand of omaha - and then another player straight after - the final table has been set. And what a final table it is!
13 remain at the dinner break
Bjorin - Harri Suni and Tristan Clémençon bust in 15th and 14th respectively, collecting £6,521 each. Action resumes in a moment with Richard Gryko holding a slight lead over Erik Cajelais.
Paul Zimbler continues his heads-up marathon
Over 30 hours into his head-up challenge and Paul Zimbler actually looks rather dandy considering he has been up all through the night. He had managed a total of 92 consecutive heads-up games when I popped in, with the board above his head reading 46 -46 – and the charity pot well on its way to the £50,000 target.
Final two tables playing down in Event #2
We are down to 2 tables in Event 2 – with Mr Karelas Konstantinos the unfortunate soul to finish on the bubble in 18th place.

JP Kelly wins Event #1 of WSOPE
JP Kelly has won the first event of the World Series of Poker Europe 2009 and in doing so has become the first British player to win a WSOPE bracelet. Not only this, but the young lad has now notched up a second gold bracelet win this year.
Sick Sick Sick...
Dunlop raises pre-flop on the button and Kelly flat calls. After plenty of action on a 9 2 3 board both players get it all in and Kelly flips aces. Dunlop sheepishly shows 7 3 for mid-pair.
Heads-Up: JP Kelly vs Fabien Dunlop
It's the heads-up we all expected. JP Kelly vs Fabien Dunlop. England vs France. Both players are aggressive and both are hungry.
Richard Allen bites the dust
After folding pocket fives face up to a re-raise from JP Kelly, Richard Allen was both fairly short-stacked and perhaps a little knocked off-balance.
4 remain in Event #1 break
4 remain at the break after Thor Drexel, William Martin, Neil Suarez and Anthony Roux finish 8th, 7th, 6th and 5th respectively.
