Peetoon wins over $230,000 in PokerStars Sunday Million
The PokerStars Sunday Million, as per usual, smashed its $1.5m guarantee as 8,190 players put up the cash to create a $1,638,000 prize pool with over 1,100 players making a profit and each player at the final table guaranteed at least $12,695.

Durrrr, Ivey and Antonius in high stakes PLO action
There's been a glut of cap PLO action online lately that he reduced the size of the pots and made railing far less entertaining. The big guns were back in action over the weekend though with Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan and Patrik Antonius amongst others hitting the uncapped $300/$600 PLO tables at Full Tilt.

Gus Hansen, NEKOTYAN and Ziigmund big winners
It's not often that we've been able to write about a great session for Gus Hansen this month but he had just that yesterday, showing a profit of $167k. The Danish superstar went from the bottom of the leader board to the top after dominating the seven game on Full Tilt. He's still in the red for August overall but this is definitely a step in the right direction.

The World Championship Of Online Poker (WCOOP) makes a very welcome return to PokerStars next week with $50m in guaranteed proze money to be won. The series will feature a total of 62 events with buy ins ranging from $215 up to $10,300 for the Eight-game High Roller special.
