Prop Bet For Dan Bilzerian

Prop Bet For Dan Bilzerian

Never one to shy away from an interesting challenge, part-time high-stakes poker player Dan Bilzerian has agreed a prop bet with hedge fund manager Bill Perkins reportedly worth $1.2 million.

December saw 35-year-old Bilzerian launch his very own play-money smartphone poker app and now the American is hoping to cash in by cycling from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, which is a distance of over 260 miles, within 48 hours.

Despite admitting that he has not been on a bicycle for 18 years, the Hollywood Hills resident is confident he can pull off the task set by Texas native Perkins and pocket the cash. However, losing would not seemingly be a massively upsetting result for Bilzerian as he has admitted spending $100,000 on tickets for the recent Powerball lottery draw that eventually paid out $1.66 billion.

Also a film producer and amateur poker player, Perkins is well known for agreeing to unusual prop bets and a similarly unique wager with Antonio Esfandiari saw the latter eliminated from a side event at last month’s PokerStars Caribbean Adventure (PCA) for urinating mid-game under a table in The Bahamas.
