Earlier this week, we asked whether Gus Hansen's recent online upswing would last. Days later, the answer would appear to be a resounding no.

The Dane enjoyed a great 48-hours at the triple draw and eight-game tables on Sunday and Monday, profiting to the tune of $1.1m. By the the close of play of Wednesday, Gus had lost all that and more after a horrific run that saw him drop just over $1.3m.
