Birmingham next stop for the Bluff Poker Academy

Thursday, 7 May 2009

After the successful debut in Manchester last month the Bluff Poker Academy heads down the M6 to Birmingham’s Broadway Casino on Saturday 9 May.

Alex Rousso will again be playing host with Dave Ulliott joining Paul Jackson in the professional hot seat.
The day will feature three hours of interactive lectures on The Theory of Poker, Luck and Variance, Dealing with Defeat and Bankroll Management followed by a four hour tournament.

Host Alex Rousso said “This is a great opportunity for intermediate players to come along and improve their game by learning from some of the best players in the country and, hopefully, have a lot of fun at the same time.”

The feedback from the Manchester Poker Academy was first rate. The lectures were “clear and concise, well delivered and well structured”, the pros were “very approachable and friendly” and the venue was “superb”. The same high standards are expected in Birmingham.
Tickets for what should be both an enlightening and enjoyable day are still available and are priced at £125+vat plus £25 tournament buy in. See http://www.bluffeurope.com/pokeracademy/ for details.
