Le projet de loi pour l'ouverture du marché des jeux en ligne en France a été présenté la semaine dernière par le Ministre du Budget Eric Woerth.
Parmi les idées 'originales' du projet, on notera l'intention de taxer tous les gains du poker à hauteur de 2%, en plus de la rake des salles de poker en ligne. Cependant, alors que la rake est habituellement plafonnée par exemple à 3€, l'état français lui a l'intention de prélever ses 2% sans limites du même type. Ainsi, alors que le prélèvement devrait passer sans trop de problèmes pour les low stakes, où, sur un pot de 50€, 3€ iraient à la rake, et 1€ à l'Etat, il n'en est clairement pas de même pour les plus grosses mises : sur un pot atteignant par exemple 1.000€, la rake sera toujours de 3€, mais les 2% de l'Etat coûteront maintenant 20 euros, soit un prélèvement total de 23 euros! Même si 15% de ce prélèvement ira au ministère de la culture, il semble être une mesure quelque peu drastique.En ce qui concerne les propositions plus raisonnables du projet de loi, les sites devront disposer de licences françaises pour exercer légalement sur l'hexagone, et les joueurs devront disposer d'un compte en banque en France.
