Clonie Gowen y el Commonwealth de Kentucky ya son dos más de los fish que no pueden en Full Tilt.
Gowen demandó a Full Tilt Poker hace casi un año. Dice que la ermpresa le ofreció una participación de 1% de las acciones de la compañía por unirse al equipo en 2004 pero hasta mayo de 2007 aún no había recibido nada de dinero. Si en noviembre de 2007, Howard Lederer le ofreció $250.000, Gowen lo rechazó por que, según sus estimaciones, Full Tilt Poker le debe una cantidad de 40 millones de dólares. Gowen, de 37 años, laboraba en la promoción de la sala incluso después de que la disputa comenzara, pero el pasado 11 de noviembre se le comunicó que no seguía en la compañía e inició el proceso de la demanda el pasado viernes 14 de noviembre. En mayo, el caso fue rechazado por la primera vez y ya Gowen tiene 15 días para modificar su demanda. El juez inglés dictaminó que la acción del gobernador Steve Beshear y la empresa SafeNames que intenta censurar el uso del nombre de dominio fue ilegal en territorios britanicos.
