Ziigmund wins $200k at PLO; loses $60k at the seven-game

Friday, 29 October 2010

The action has been fairly dry in the high stakes games at Full Tilt Poker recently but what little there was, unsurprisingly, involved Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies. On Friday, Ziigmund took on Luukie21 at the PLO tables and managed to walk away good to the tune of $200,000.

In total he won $209,000 from Luukie21 after 721 hands of $200/$400 PLO and another few hands of the $500/$1,000 CAP PLO game. Ziigmund won over $130,000 at the $200/$400 game before winning a further $75,000 at the CAP tables.

This puts him up around $158,000 for Thursday, though. He wound up losing over $60,000 in the 7-game that rotates through PLO, NL Hold ‘em and the H.O.R.S.E. games to give a little something for everyone.
Except Ziigmund, apparently. Give him PLO any day.
