Patrik Antonius nets another $200,000 win

Monday, 1 March 2010

Patrik Antonius has had a few winning sessions in a row now – nothing new by any means but it does mean he appears to be out of the bad spell that January cast on him. In the first month of the year he lost $1.8m before dropping another six figures in the first week of February.

Now his 2010 losses are just over $2.1m but in the last few sessions on Full Tilt, the Finnish legend has come out a six-figure winner. Another who is on the comeback trail is Tom “durrrr” Dwan, who is up $703,000 for 2010 and largely responsible for Antonius’s state as he has increased his lead in the Durrrr Challenge to over $1.4m.

Cole “CTS” South is by far the top of the 2010 tables with almost $3.5m profit cleared since the beginning of the year. He is joined by PostFlopAction, Gus Hansen and Russian player NEKOTYAN has having over $1m in winnings.

Brian Townsend is still on a downer having lost $1.6m in 2010. You can watch this all happen at the nosebleed tables on Full Tilt Poker.
