Patrik Antonius battles Scott “URnotINdanger2” Palmer

Tuesday, 14 December 2010

The nosebleed action has been quiet at Full Tilt Poker recently, perhaps because a lot of the players have PokerStars accounts as well and want to take on Isildur1? Regardless, it didn’t stop Patrik Antonius and URnotINdanger2 playing 428 hands of PLO and NLHE at $500/$1,000 blinds.

Overall, Palmer won $366,000 from the Finn but as we all know, over just 428 hands that is just one large pot away from a losing session. We’ve not seen URnotINdanger2 at the dizzying highest stakes of $500/$1,000 much before but perhaps he is announcing himself as on that level.

There was also some eight-game action and some smaller NLHE and PLO games (you know you’re desensitised to high stakes poker when describing $100/$200 NL as a small game) in which Ashton Griffin managed to emerge a small winner. So far this year Tom “durrrr” Dwan is still the second-biggest winner online behind Daniel “jungleman12” Cates .
