Isildur1 plays 5,700 hands; makes over $100,000

Tuesday, 23 March 2010

Isildur1 has seemingly recovered from his latest hit at the hands of Brian Hastings and Phil Galfond – after winning $82,000 from Cole South he took to the high stakes once again, playing six tables of $200/$400 and $300/$600 against top competition.

He played 5,700 hands over six tables for hours and didn’t lose a cent. After winning his first hand he never looked back and didn’t dip into the red, peaking at $423,000 and losing most of it to wind up a $85,000 winner.
Ziigmund was the day’s largest winner having clocked up over $200,000 – mostly playing PLO against Cole South over 910 hands. South lost almost $200,000 on the day despite a brief respite against Isildur1 when he won a few thousand.

Tom “durrrr” Dwan stayed on his winning streak too, notching a nice $160,000 win to add to his millions in winnings this year.
