Brian Townsend wins big for the first time in 2010

Brian Townsend has had a torrid 2010, losing over $2,000,000 at the nosebleed tables on Full Tilt since the year began. However, his latest blog shows that he could be turning things around after a series of winning sessions.

“The past little while has been great for me and I have won every day for the past 4 days, winning about $250k,” he wrote. “It feels great to have four consecutive winning days after this downswing.

“I have also been doing a lot of analysis on hands the past few days and found some leaks. I think my winrate has dropped during this downswing. Not a huge amount but spending some time reviewing full sessions has shown me that I am not playing my best.”

Townsend also spoke about live tournaments, saying he is looking forward to the $25,000 WPT Championship next month as well as the $50,000 event at the 2010 WSOP.
