Antonius continues hot streak, Dwan and Ivey profit

Wednesday, 7 April 2010

Patrik Antonius has continued his nice run at Full Tilt Poker – over the past week he’s now up just under a million dollars, which should go some way to alleviating the pain of 2010 for the Finn.

Tom “durrrr” Dwan also enjoyed the Easter weekend by winning a little under half a million dollars despite dropping over $300,000 to Phil Ivey in a short match of $500/$1,000 Pot-Limit Omaha. Ivey himself emerged a $300,000 victor over Easter too.

Dwan is on a serious heater – having made several million in March, he has continued to earn more and more, up $2,000,000 in the past seven days. As of now he’s this year’s biggest winner on $4m profit, almost double that of Ziigmund who has also had a great 2010.

Antonius is still down $2.4m despite his efforts this week but we’d be surprised indeed if he finished 2010 in the red.
