Sometimes playing $200/$400 PLO just isn’t enough. Okay, so you’re raking in pots in excess of $100,000 on a fairly regular basis, but that’s not real action is it? No, what you want to do if you need action is to try a little ‘flipping’.

For those who don’t know what a ‘flip’ is, welcome to a whole new world of poker degeneracy. A ‘flip’ is when everyone at the table raises to a certain amount or goes all-in pre-flop, the players check it down, and then you see who wins. Easy.

Essentially it is bingo with cards, but sometimes the pros like to kick back and not think too much about their odds. This proved to be the case yesterday in a monster $200/$400 session fronted by Patrik Antonius. Fifteen hands of $20k flips ensued, with the likes of Steve Sung, Jay 'pr1nnyraid' Rosenkrantz, Patrik Antonius, Taylor Caby, LoLiNa, John Juanda and Gus Hansen all having their go at getting lucky with cards.

The biggest winners from the session appear to have been Rosenkrantz and Juanda, with ‘JJ’ leaving the table with an extra $280k.
