Michael Mizrachi kicks it up a gear - takes the chip lead

The Grinder took down three pots in a row to boost his stack by over 10,000,000 chips. The first was a simple minraise to 1.6m from the button that was good to collect the 1.9m in the pot before each flop.

The next hand was a little more interesting - John Dolan raised to 1,850,000 from middle position and Jonathan Duhemal put out a re-raise to 4,275,000. In the seat next door, Michael Mizrachi pondered his decision.

He then 4-bet cold to 10,000,000. Dolan instantly folded and Duhamel thought for a minute or so before mucking, leaving Mizrachi to pick up a profit of 7,925,000. The next hand, Mizrachi gave us the first limp of the tournament and was joined by Jason Senti and Joseph Cheong in the blinds. They checked to him on a Q-9-8 flop and his 1.5m bet took it down.

Mizrachi is now the chip leader with 52,700,000 on the felt.
