Sunday, 26 September 2010

The World Series of Poker Europe £10,000 Main Event has gone on a twenty-minute break between blind levels. We are now in the money and 35 players return with blinds at 2,500/5,000/500 attempting to survive the next eight eliminations and make Day 4.

Viktor “Isildur1” Blom, Phil Ivey, Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Greg Mueller, Freddy Deeb, Roland de Wolfe, James Mitchell, Arnaud Mattern, Hoyt Corkins, Barny Boatman, Nicolas Levi, Barry Greenstein and Andrew Pantling are all in contention. Pantling is the overwhelming chip leader with almost 900,000; Ivey is in fifth on over half a million while Blom has dropped down to 387,000.

We’ve already had one player bust out inside the money to be the first collector of their hard-earned £21,106. Eight more players will pick up the same cheque before we bag up the chips and return for Day 4 where the final three tables will play down to the final table to take place on Tuesday.
