With almost half this year's World Series of Poker done and dusted we're yet to report on any British bracelet success. Stephen Chidwick is the latest player from Blighty to compete at the business end of proceedings though.

The man from Kent has already cashed in the $1k NLHE and $5k Omaha Hi Lo at this year's WSOP and is guaranteed at least $112,106 going into the final stages of the $1.5k H.O.R.S.E event. Play was called to a halt in the early hours of the morning with Chidwick lying in third place with 785,000 with three players remaining. David Chiu will return as the chip leader on 1,920,000 with Ylon Schwartz second on 1,300,000.

Zimnan Ziyard's excellent WSOP continued with a 12th place finish for $13,405 with Londoner Elior Sion taking $55,442 for fifth.

Chidwick, Chiu and Schwartz will play for the bracelet from 9pm tonight UK time.
