$10k Omaha Hi Lo Split 8 Championship down to three tables

202 players started the quest for the $10k Omaha Hi Lo Split 8 Championship bracelet and after two lengthy days the field has been whittled down to just 22.

Canada's Guillaume Rivet is in pole position nursing a weighty stack of 809,000 well ahead of WPT Venice winner and recent Seven Card stud runner up Alessio Isaia who has 535,000.

There are a host of big names still in the hunt for the $465,216 first prize including Mr World Poker Tour Mike Sexton, UK legend Richard Ashby, Deebs Shaun and Freddy, Josh Arieh and start of day chip leader Eric Buchman.

Jason Mercier squeaked his way into the money despite having fewer than two big blinds when the bubble burst. The dubious honour of bubble boy went to Dan 'djk123' Kelly who ran into Freddy Deeb's wheel and busted in 28th place.
