WSOP unveils new bracelet

Saturday, 19 May 2012

World Series of Poker organisers have unveiled the new bracelet that the 66 winners at the WSOP and the WSOPE will be walking away with this year and it looks to be even flasher than ever.

The 2012 bracelet has been designed by Beverly Hills jeweller to the stars Jason Arasheben who has designed pieces for the likes of Justin Bieber, Katy Perry, Rihanna and Diddy.

“Blinger is Better,” said WSOP Executive Director Ty Stewart. “Jason grasped the heritage of WSOP bracelets, but was only interested if he could take it up several notches. This is a trophy that truly embodies the promise of today’s WSOP – seemingly unthinkable dreams are dealt each year. I challenge anyone to keep a poker face when they see this bracelet in person.”

According to the WSOP, the Main Event bracelet will made from 'a collection of the finest quality, hand-picked round cut diamonds', with the four card suits represented by rubies and black diamonds. The bracelet features over 160 grams of 14 carat gold and over 35 carats of flawless diamonds.
