Users of the MySpace/WPT community can expect to see tips and tricks from the pros, player profiles, video clips, tournament news, and behind-the-scenes footage from the World Poker Tour and new ClubWPT.com TV series. The site will also have a free multi-player poker game which will allow players to competete against each other in tournaments.

Steve Lipscomb, the WPT's founder, president and CEO, believes the fusion of online poker and social networking sites is significant, stating "Poker and social networking have separately reached and engaged people around the world in ways like nothing we've seen before. As poker continues to see major growth across the globe, this partnership meets the demand for a poker experience that appeals to enthusiasts of all levels by connecting consumers in one unique, fully-integrated gaming and entertainment environment."
