Vienna calling for Paradise Poker Tour

Friday, 7 October 2011

With apologies to the late Austrian rocker Falco it's a case of Vienna Calling for the Paradise Poker Tour this weekend. A prize pool of €125,000 is guaranteed in the three-day, €550 Main Event which gets under way this afternoon.

Those not lucky enough to make it to Vienna can also profit courtesy of a fantasy poker contest which will see the winner bag a Paradise Poker Tour package worth €1,200. All players have to do to take part is log on to and pick three players who have registered for the Main Event (the full line up will be on the Paradise Poker blog). Participants will earn points for every player they pick that finishes in the top 50.

Gabor Skrinyar from Hungary took the honours in Vienna last year taking home a first prize of almost $60,000 after outlasting a field of 338 runners.
