Welsh hopes dashed
Dan Owston's fantastic run has come to an end. A regulation 55k raise from
Chris Brammer on button saw the Welshman go over the top for 220k more with
Js9s, only to find himself dominated by Q9o.
A flop of Tc9h7s brought gutshot hopes for the man from Cardiff, and a timely Jack on the turn looked like saving his bacon. However, the poker gods giveth, but they're not shy of taking it away again in an instant, and the King of diamonds came along to give Brammer a straight.
