UKIPT Nottingham smashes £1m guarantee

Saturday, 14 April 2012

The final numbers are in from UKIPT Nottingham and PokerStars, Dusk Till Dawn and a very chunky field can be very pleased with their efforts as the ambitious £1m guarantee has been smashed.

536 starters on Day 1C took the total number of entries to 1,625 which means a huge prize pool of £1,137,500. 207 players will make the money with the top 11 finishers earning a five figure score and the winner taking home £210,400.

Chris Brammer, one of this month's Bluff Europe interviewees, topped the chip counts on Day 1C with Liv Boeree, Sam Razavi, Nik Persaud and Ian FrazerIan Frazer among the notable names surviving the day.

A total of 346 players from the three opening flights will be back when the action resumes at noon with Marcin Milde, Ken Isaksen, Sean Byrne and Ben Carpenter leading the way.
