The American ban on internet poker transactions has claimed another victim. TonyGPoker.com, the online poker site of outrageous star Tony ‘G’ Guoga, has closed the doors on its US customers.
“I feel very sad for all of you good folks in the USA but your government is very aggressive right now and is running loose. Neteller money has been seized from people that have done nothing wrong. Who knows if and when it will be returned to the people it belongs to. And where will the government stop in its quest to wipe out internet poker?” said G on his site.
This news release comes only a few days after an announcement was made that the FBI has freezed Neteller accounts.
Tony G Poker gave his US customers the chance to transfer funds to other poker sites in the event that bank transactions would be unsuccessful.
Australian-based Tony G recently won the Betfair Asian Poker Main Event in Singapore donating half of his $450,000 prize to charity.
