Titan Poker will this week send five of its best poker players to participate in the European Poker Tour tournament in Dortmund, Germany.
Robert Varga from Hungary, Loic Bernede from France, and three players from Germany – Jonathan Kluepfel, Josef Bandt, and Bernd Langhammer – all qualified to participate in the European Poker Tour (EPT) Dortmund, by winning satellite tournaments held at the Titan Poker website.
Each of the players will represent Titan Poker at the event, which will be staged at the Casino Hohensyburg, starting March 8, 2007.
Following a stint of skillful gameplay which secured player Loic Bernede a seat at the EPT Dortmund, he said: 'Thank you to Titan Poker. I had pretty good cards and I took good care of my chips and it paid off. I'm the only French player from Titan Poker qualified to play in Dortmund and I can hardly wait.'
The EPT Dortmund is part of the popular European Poker Tour, which stages competitions among the world's best poker players in different European locations. Tickets have already sold out for this tournament, which is the first EPT event to be staged in Germany.
