Tim West leads World Series of Poker Circuit Rincon final table

Wednesday, 30 March 2011

We were pretty much always going to have a pretty good final table at the relatively small field of the World Series of Poker Circuit Regional Championship event in Rincon. When we returned for Day 3 to play from 18 players to 9, the field was full of star power.

Daniel Negreanu, Todd Terry, Scott Montgomery and Kyle Bowker are just some of the names who didn’t make it to the final and busted out in the last 18 but three-time WSOP-C champion Dwyte Pilgrim as well as David Peters and WSOP-C finalist Ali Eslami.

All nine remaining players, lead by West and his near 1m chip stack, are guaranteed a seat in the $1m National Championship but for now they are focusing on this event and the $282,242 first prize on offer for taking it down.

The full final table seating assignments and chip stacks are as follows:
Seat 1 – Dwyte Pilgrim 408,000
Seat 2 – Miller Dao 99,000
Seat 3 – David Peters 437,000
Seat 4 – Ali Eslami 395,000
Seat 5 – DJ Blanchard 271,000
Seat 6 – Tim West 843,000
Seat 7 – Dylan Wilkerson 89,000
Seat 8 – Steve Brecher 246,000
Seat 9 – Dana Kellstrom 147,000
