The World Poker Store’s Famous Board Members

Poker merchandiser The World Poker Store has announced that the
appearance of its newly appointed advisory board members at Las
Vegas’ Gaming Life Expo had an instant impact.
The St Paul-based firm said that the appointment of famous
players Phil Hellmuth, Johnny Chan, Marcel Luske, Liz Lieu, Hoyt
Corkins and Patrik Antonius helped it to secure Bar Poker League
licensees while at the Expo, which is run alongside the World
Series Of Poker (WSOP) at the All-Suite Hotel And Casino.
It also secured new product additions to its retail, e-commerce
and interactive kiosk operations alongside pending partnership
agreements around the globe.
'Once again, we have enjoyed great success at the WSOP,” said
Chuck Chastain, Chief Executive Officer of The Poker Store.
“With Bar Poker League license agreements secured in several
states, we anticipate the Bar Poker League membership will double
to more than 200,000 members by the end of the year.”
The six members made appearances at the Minnesota firm’s stand
as well as wearing apparel featuring the Store’s logo while playing
in the WSOP Main Event alongside Bar Poker League State
champions.
'We look forward to expansion into several states, opportunities
overseas and bringing new cutting-edge poker products to our retail
segment of the business,' Chastain added.
