An extremely healthy field of 147 runners was on hand for the June incarnation of the Fox Poker Club Main Event and at the end of two days play it was Sy Zulhayir who had most reason to cheer.
The London pro took home a bumper pay day of £11,750 after working his way through a final table that included the likes of Roland Redhead, Jerome O'Shea and Mai Hunog. Zulhayir sealed the win against Daniel Burrow when his AJ held up against A9.
