The Swedish government online gambling monopoly Svenska Spel has this week expanded its poker site availability to 24 hours, with the aim of providing a safer gambling environment for Swedish poker enthusiasts.
Bizarrely, the poker site will also introduce mandatory five minute toilet breaks every half hour giving gamblers an opportunity to reflect on their play as well as attending to an important call of nature.
When the site operated with limited hours, their management found that players defected to other poker sites when Svenska Spel closed for the day.
The Boss-powered site which opened in March of this year already claims to have 100,000 registered players.
