The Spanish Poker Championship in Villajoyosa came to an end as Juan de Diego took home the first prize of €33,264 as well as the Spanish Championship crown.
The event, which was sponsored by EuroSuperPoker.

The Spanish Poker Championship in Villajoyosa came to an end as Juan de Diego took home the first prize of €33,264 as well as the Spanish Championship crown.
The event, which was sponsored by EuroSuperPoker.com, saw a total of 175 players who paid €660 to take their chance at winning the championship. Once the dust had settled in Villajoyosa, the final table paid out as follows:

Another nice twist to the tournament was the ‘Matador’ award, which went to Jose Fuentes Marin. As the player who took the most players out of the tournament, he will be bought into the Championship Final in Mallorca in December in a deal provided by EuroSuperPoker.com and is worth €10,000.
