Software updates for Ultimate Poker

Wednesday, 28 August 2013

The recently launched Nevada-licensed online poker site, UltimatePoker.com, has unveiled details of first raft of new software updates.

Among the improvements from America's first legal, real-money poker site are resizable tables, resized avatars, player pedestals, a new timer, larger cards, preset bet buttons and new lobby graphics. The new upgrade also gives players late registration options and additional entry options for online tournaments.

The site has also announced details of its new 'Color UP' VIP programme which awards points for each raked tournament or cash game played. Players can move up the rankings earning point multipliers along the way. Points can be redeemed in the merchandise store for bonuses, Ultimate Poker merchandise or concierge style services.

"This is just the first step," remarked Ultimate Gaming Chief Marketing Officer Joe Versaci. "We are dedicated to listening to our customers and are working hard to continually enhance and enrich the product by introducing new features and upgrades."

We caught up with the site's founders earlier this year. Check out our feature on the birth of legal online poker in the USA.
