Anyone looking for some post pub TV poker action tonight should tune into Sky Channel 865 as some of the most recognisable faces on the UK scene will be facing off in a televised cash game.
The first of six episodes of the UK Cash Game airs at 11pm and features Neil Channing, Nik Persaud, Ian Frazer, Jamie Burland, Carlo Citrone, Sam Razavi, Paul ‘Action’ Jackson and Julian Thew alongside Team Sky Poker players Redmond 'LOLUFOLD' Lee and Wayne 'Gliterbabe' Rideout at a £2/£5 table.“Sky Poker’s UK Cash Game is an exciting addition to Channel 865”, said Claire Cook, Line Producer at Sky Poker TV. “I believe we found the perfect combination between entertainment and great poker, and with some cutting edge technology in the table and card set up we could get through more hands per session, which means more great poker for our viewers to watch.”Citrone has already hinted that there were plenty of verbal fireworks during the games so it should be well worth a look. The opening episode will be repeated on Sky Poker throughout the week.
