Shackleton and Rhind win latest Sky Poker Tour events

The first split events of the Sky Poker Tour took place over the weekend with full fields in both Brighton and Glasgow.

Sam Shackleton took the honours on the south coast outlasting a 145-runner field. Julian Thew continued his amazing tournament run eventually busting out in second place to hand Shackleton the £4,400 first prize. Fellow Sky Poker pundit Sam Razavi also enjoyed a deep run, making the money in 11th place.


Another 145 players were in attendance in Glasgow for the Scottish leg of the tour and in the end it was Jamie Rhind who took the title, defeating a final table that included William and Alex McLuckie and Gary Porteous.
