Richard “nutsinho” Lyndaker may quit online poker.

Tuesday, 25 October 2011

Richard Lyndaker, better known by his online screenname as “nutsinho” has been having a torrid year on PokerStars, not to mention the money he likely has locked up on Full Tilt Poker as a high stakes ring game regular.

This year, he has lost over $900,000 playing high stakes NL and PLO on PokerStars and if his Twitter account is to be believed, it might be the last straw: “Impossibly bad downswing follows heater AGAIN,” he Tweeted. “November will be the last month of nutsinho playing on PokerStars…”
He reaffirmed this desire with another Tweet, stating that he is “continuing to run terrible this year… just never ends, probably quitting online poker after the next two months.”

Lyndaker has been one of the most consistent players at stakes of $25/$50 and higher, marking him as one of the best ring game players in the world. His live results haven’t been too shabby either, this year bubbling the $2,500 6-max Limit Hold ‘em WSOP event as well as making deep runs in the $5,000 NL and the $25k Heads-Up. Previously he has a WSOP runner-up spot in the same $5,000 NL from 2008.
