Gioia International has committed to offering a fair game by offering odds of 100/1 on any fees incurred by players paying for an unverified audit.
So confident is Gene Gioia, founder of RealDealPoker.com, in the fairness of his games that if an auditor finds any irregularities in results and cannot validate the game, all players involved in that game will have their money from the game returned to them and the person calling for the audit will be credited 100 times the fee charged for the audit. Players can request an audit of any game, past or present. All the information relating to that specific game, including the video capture of the deck, will then be sent to an independent auditor, who will verify the results. For example, if a player requests an audit and pays $50 and the auditor is unable to verify the game then the player will receive $5,000. The site, which launches next month, uses a fully automated, real card dealing system that scrambles, shuffles and deals real decks of cards, digitizes the results and then translates them to its online poker table games. “This is our commitment to providing a game of poker that players can trust,” said Gene Gioia. “If you want to try and prove our games are not fair, then bet me!”
