British poker TV channel Pokerzone has launched a new look website which it hopes will attract new users and players into the game.
Amongst the features of the site are a forum in which users can contact the presenters of the shows and share tips with other players as well as access to a free broadband TV service.
The service, “Pokerzone on Demand” (POD), gives members the opportunity to view Pokerzone’s programmes around the clock at the click of a mouse, as well as “Poker Night Live,” its flagship programme.
Focussing on interactivity, Pokerzone hopes that its revamped site will encourage a lively community feel, informing and assisting players in improving their game.
Additionally, the new website includes a poker school which offers video tutorials, poker rule analysis and a comprehensive glossary of poker terms for beginners. The viewer’s lounge offers notices and promotions, the opportunity to meet the presenters as well as shop online.
