PokerStars unveils EPT Season 10 Schedule

With the EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo in full swing tour organisers PokerStars have unveiled the schedule for the 2013/14 season.
The first of eight Season 10 events gets under way in Barcelona in August with further stops inked in for London, Prague, the Bahamas, Deauville, Berlin, San Remo and Monte Carlo.
Of most interest to British readers will be the change in the timing of EPT London which reverts to its traditional home of October rather than April when this year's event took place. San Remo will take the April spot vacated by London.
The successful integration of local tours such as the UKIPT will continue with large festivals scheduled for Barcelona, Prague and Berlin.
The High Roller action will also be expanded with a £50,000 buy-in Super High Roller event scheduled for EPT London. Each stop will also feature a €10,000 High Roller.
“Players at the EPT will see that we have made a deliberate decision to focus on stability,” said. EPT President Edgar Stuchly. “During a successful Season 9 where we decided to host fewer and bigger events incorporating the national tours, we listened to an enormous amount of player feedback who valued less time spent travelling, and more time spent playing. Since the Sanremo tournament will be held immediately before the EPT Grand Final in April, it will mean players can spend the whole month of April on the beautiful Riviera.”
