PokerStars announce ‘extreme’ WCoOP satellites

When the world’s largest online poker room announces that $500,000 in seats will be won to their flagship tournament series the World Championship of Online Poker, you don’t expect entry fees for satellites to start as low as $5.50... well, they do.
The most expensive of the WCoOP extreme satellites has a $260 buy-in but a few bucks is at the opposite end of the spectrum. From August 21, qualifiers to larger satellites run at 14.00, 17.00 and 20.00 on the PokerStars clock (US eastern time) meaning you won’t miss an opportunity to get in cheaply.
The satellites can be found on PokerStars by clicking ‘Events’ then ‘WCOOP’ and ‘All’. Type ‘WCOOP Extreme’ into the filter to locate the range of satellites for events including Omaha Hi/Lo, PLO, 8-game and Limit Hold ‘em. Oh, and No Limit Hold ‘em. Apparently that’s quite popular too.
