PokerStars Gets a Makeover

PokerStars Gets a Makeover

Wednesday, 27 February 2013

PokerStars will continue its move towards a completely overhauled game client in the coming days with the release of some significant updates according to PokerFuse.

The industry leading poker site first announced back in October 2012 that it planned to launch “PokerStars 7”, which would improve their overall service.

Since then a number of changes have been introduced and in the next few days they plan to release “group” and “combo” look options to their lobby.

Presenting games by groups (i.e. games of similar status) or combos (a mixture of grouping and the current column format) should make the lobby easier to navigate and remove any “jumping”.

Also included in the latest batch of updates will be a new “fast seat” option, as well as progressive bounty tournaments and the much anticipated Zoom tournaments.

All the updates are expected to hit PokerStars client from today and be completed by the end of the week.

New players can enjoy the action at PokerStars with a 100% first deposit bonus of up to $500.
