Phil Ivey nears $20,000,000 in online profits at Full Tilt

Here at Bluff Europe we're insistent that Patrik Antonius is the biggest online winner of all time; our research indicates over $16m won on known screen names plus millions more at sites such as Prima and iPoker.

Phil Ivey, standardly, is beginning to cast doubt on our thoughts. According to nosebleed tracking site High Stakes DB, Ivey is just a few buy-ins away from hitting the monster milestone of $20,000,000 in net profit at Full Tilt Poker since 2007.

This is doubly amazing when you consider that Ivey is a Limit Hold 'em specialist (OK, he's an everything specialist but still...) and HSDB has only recently begun tracking Limit games. This means the likely figure is actually more than $20m and that phenomenal sum applies mostly to NL and PLO.
Antonius has almost $11m in recorded PLO and NL earnings at Full Tilt in the same time frame but he has two other screen names that each have several million dollars attached to their name. What we need is an Ivey/Antonius challenge...
