Phil Ivey Wins Three Major Poker Awards

Nominated for awards in five categories, Ivey won awards at the Bodog-produced, Poker Awards Show for being the 'Best No-Limit Player,' 'Best Heads-Up Player,' and 'Most Feared Player' on the poker circuit.

Nominated for awards in five categories, Ivey won awards at the Bodog-produced, Poker Awards Show for being the 'Best No-Limit Player,' 'Best Heads-Up Player,' and 'Most Feared Player' on the poker circuit. Ivey is truly on a roll, racking up the three awards in addition to his honor of being named ESPN and Bluff Magazine's 2005 Player of The Year.
Hosted by Bodog CEO Calvin Ayre and funnyman Brad Garrett from 'Everybody Loves Raymond' at the Music Box Theater in Hollywood, the poker awards show saw Doyle Brunson recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award and Men 'The Master' Nguyen lauded as the 2005 Card Player of The Year.
