Online poker room PKR.com has added another name to its team of pro players with the signing of Patty 'BabyTes' Beaumier.
The 24-year-old Parisienne is a former Sorbonne law student who first took to the PKR.com tables in 2011. She has since graduated up the levels and will now act as an ambassador for the 3D site. "I didn’t dare to believe it when I was asked to join the Team”, said Beaumier. "I think it will only sink in when I hear the floor say "shuffle up and deal" at my first live event in the colours of PKR." That first event will be at the WSOPE in Paris later this month followed by PKR Live in London in November. “We think Tess is a fantastic addition to the Team, she has a consistent profitable record online, she's a smart cookie with a great personality, she looks the part and most important of all - she's PKR through and through,” read a statement from the site. BabyTes joins a pro team that already includes Vladimir Geshkenbein, Sofia Lovgren, Simon Hemsworth and WSOPE bracelet winner Scott Shelley. New players can join Patty at the PKR.com tables with a free, no deposit $5. Sign up via Bluff Europe at PKR.com.
