Wednesday, 19 September 2012

Of the 1,181 that started the WPT Borgata Open in Atlantic City, 174 players remain, with Orson Young leading the pack with 728,000 chips going into Day 3. His girlfriend, Cherish Andrews also has a decent stack of 495,200.

Notables still in the hunt for the title and a bumper pay day include Barry Greenstein, Matt Glantz, Todd Terry, Dwyte Pilgrim, Tony Dunst and Brian Lemke, who started yesterday out as chip leader. Most players are still deep with plenty of room to manoeuvre, as the average stack is 203,500, but the blinds just 1500/3000.
