After a busy season of festive specials the bread and butter action at the Fox Poker Club has resumed with the first £300 Main Event of the year taking place of the weekend.

A total of 143-runners took part in the 2012 opener with Oneib Saeed eventually taking the honours after beating poker coach and online pro Adrian Smith heads up. The 37-year-old finance director sealed victory after winning a flip with KJs against his Smith's pocket 10s.

The next major event at the Fox Poker Club is the £500+£45 Asian Poker Tour London event which gets under way on Saturday 28th January. The Fox Poker Club Main Event returns on Saturday 11th February.
