Obama to play the WSOP Main Event?

You’d think that with Iran, the deepest recession in living memory and everything else that goes with being the leader of the free world that President Obama would have enough on his plate to even think about poker.
That hasn’t stopped pro Richard Sklar from buying the President into the Main Event though. Sklar is said to have had a number of prop bets with pros including Chris Ferguson and Phil Gordon that President Obama will play a single hand in this year’s WSOP.
If Obama does make it to the Rio then Sklar looks set to make somewhere in the region of $1m which will be donated to charity.
There has been no comment as yet from inside the White House.
