O'Dwyer leads EPT Copenhagen

Tuesday, 21 February 2012

The opening flight field at EPT Copenhagen attracted just 89 runners but though numbers were small there was plenty of quality on show. Leading the way at the close was EPT London runner-up Steve O'Dwyer who turned his starting stack of 30,000 chips into a whopping 190,975 by the close.

Joining him at the top of the leader board were Lauri Varonen 165,150 and Welshman Roberto Romanello on 115,475. Also amongst the 48 Day 1A survivors were Britons David Vamplew, Martins Adeniya and former Liverpool stroller and adopted scouser Jan Molby.

A much bigger field will hit the tables for Day 1B with the likes of Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom, WSOP Main Event runner-up Martin Staszko, Johnny Lodden and EPT cashing machine Luca Pagano all set to enter the fray today.
